Todd Rosenberg

Todd Rosenberg is a partner in the Corporate Group and Health Care Group at Crowell & Moring LLP, a D.C-based international law firm with over 650 attorneys. Todd believes strongly that the safety and security of the Jewish people worldwide is dependent upon a strong and secure Israel. FIDF provides an avenue for us all to make that a reality. Todd is a CESJDS alum (having attended the school from kindergarten through ninth grade) and Hagshama parent – Todd and his wife, Erika Dickstein, are proud parents of Lily Rosenberg ’20 (studying at Muhlenberg College) and Yael Rosenberg ’24.  The Rosenberg-Dickstein family are active members of Congregation Beth El of Montgomery County, where Todd has served on the Board and on various committees.

Jason Gold

Jason Gold is a partner at Nelson and Mullins and is the Chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Practice Group. Jason supports FIDF because he is committed to the support of all the young soldiers of the IDF. Jason, with his wife Marjorie, are long-time residents of the Washington, DC area. Jason is the current President of FIDF’s DC Chapter board and is additionally the Chairman of the Board of the Freedom Bank of Virginia.

Micha Weinblatt

Micha Weinblatt is an entrepreneur from Washington DC and is the CEO and Founder of Crooked Monkey, a merch agency that takes a design-thinking approach to branded apparel and swag.   In 2011 he was recognized for his efforts by CNN Money, which named him one of the top 10 entrepreneurs to watch. Along the way he was named one of the Washington Business Journal’s 40 under 40, a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, and was selected to be a member of the Sandbox Community. Micha graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Government and Politics degree from the University of Maryland in 2005. When he’s not entrepreneuring, Micha is spending time with his wife Miriam and their two kids Leor and Atara.

The IDF is the great equalizer in Israel and FIDF ensures that all soldiers are given the tools they need to thrive during their tenure and into their civilian careers.  That is why we are so passionate about FIDF.

Larry Sidman

Larry Sidman was born and raised in Newton, Massachusetts, received a BA from Amherst College and JD from Boston College Law School. Larry has practiced law and legislative advocacy for more than 45 years in the Washington, D.C. area.  A committed Zionist, Larry has been privileged to serve on the boards of his synagogue, Congregation Beth El of Montgomery County, the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, and the DC Board of FIDF.

Larry’s strong support of FIDF is rooted in the belief that Israel is central to Jewish identity.  Larry views FIDF as the humanitarian complement to the IDF, providing an incredible array of social services, including four-year IMPACT scholarships, financial assistance to poorer families of IDF soldiers, recreational and religious facilities, and support for lone soldiers, all of which ease the financial and psychological burden on the remarkable chayalim (soldiers), helping them to focus on protecting our Israeli brothers and sisters.

Jodi Stone

The soldiers of the IDF risk their lives every day to keep our beloved Israel safe.

Jodi believes it is our duty to support the IDF soldiers and ensure their most urgent needs and long term wellbeing is taken care of, which is why FIDF is so important to her. 

When she is not spending time with her husband and 3 children (and our Goldendoodle), Jodi is in graduate school pursuing a Master’s in Social Work to achieve her goal of working with patients in mental health and trauma. In Jodi’s free time, she enjoys volunteering with Jewish organizations to give back to the community.
