Sharon Mishkin

As our New England FIDF Board Chair, Sharon leads with a deep sense of responsibility and love for the soldiers of the Israel Defense Forces. She has adopted several Battalions, supported every FIDF program, lead Women’s Missions and hosted many events in her home. In her leadership position, Sharon takes every opportunity to raise awareness and support for these brave soldiers.

Rosaline Barron

Ros Barron serves at the Vice Chair of our New England FIDF Board of Directors. For over 18 years, Ros has exhibited her steadfast devotion to the IDF. Along with her late husband Alan Barron z”l, Ros sponsored more than 60 IMPACT students, counting each one as a child of her own. Those who know Ros will attest that there is no more passionate champion for the soldiers.

Oshri Azran

Having been a soldier in the elite combat unit of the Paratroopers Brigade, Oshri understands the hearts and minds of the brave men and women we support in the truest sense. As a Board Member, Oshri brings a unique perspective and valuable insights to our work on behalf of the soldiers and is an integral part of our Jewish community as an incredible ambassador for Israel.

Aaron Ganz has the distinction of being the newest and youngest member of the New England FIDF Board of Directors. In addition to showing his commitment to Israel’s soldiers by being a monthly Guardian supporter, Aaron serves as a bridge to the young leaders in our community as well as a representative for our region on the organization’s National Board.

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett is an Israeli politician serving as the 13th and current prime minister of Israel since June 2021. He served as Minister of Diaspora Affairs from 2013 to 2019, as Minister of Education from 2015 to 2019, and as Minister of Defense from 2019 to 2020. He has led the New Right party since 2018, having previously led The Jewish Home party between 2012 and 2018.

In 2017, Prime Minister Bennett was the keynote speaker at the Atlanta Gala Celebration.
