Exhibit Set Up & Dismantle Labor
As the Exhibit Show Management Company, Precon is the preferred provider of labor services for the the show. Precon Events can offer skilled labor including decorators, carpenters and general laborers to assist with a variety of exhibit needs for your booth. Precon offers both supervised and unsupervised labor options allowing you to have greater flexibility with your schedule. Precon can have your booth completely set up and dismantled without a need for you or a member of your team to be present. Call one of our logistics experts to learn more about how we can be a resource for your exhibit labor needs.
General Labor
General labor includes carpenters, decorators and skilled laborers who can install and dismantle your exhibit.
• General Labor is billed in 1/2 hour increments with a minimum of one (1) hour per laborer.
• General Laborers work must be under the supervision of an EAC or a company employee.
• If no EAC or company employee is on site, one (1) Labor Supervisor for every three (3) General Laborers will be required to oversee the work.
• Labor will be charged after the work has been completed and will be rounded up by the 1/2 hour
Supervisor Labor
Supervisor Labor is required to oversee General Laborers when a Company Representative or EAC is unavailable.
• General Labor is billed in 1/2 hour increments with a minimum of one (1) hour per Supervisor.
• Labor will be charged after the work has been completed and will be rounded up by the 1/2 hour.
