Prior to attempting to log on to your virtual event please read below.

You WILL NOT be able to access the platform if the below requirements have not been met. 

Browser requirements

You must use the most up to date version of Google Chrome.

ENABLE COOKIES

You must enable third party cookies.

NO MOBILE DEVICES

Viewing and presenting should be done via laptop or desktop only.

Smartphones and tablets will have issues with the platform.

Entering the event

Click the “LOG IN” link in the email you were sent. On the agenda page, choose a session of interest and click the black header right under the session (I.e. Welcome). Then click the button “view session” in the top right. Scroll to the bottom and when prompted, please click log in. (DO NOT attempt to Re-Register)

VPN

Please disable your VPN or you will not be able to attend the event. If you do not know if you have a VPN, then please reach out to your corporate IT department.
